Bokaro has a steel plant and it has got Schools in every sector and one of them is St. Xavier’s School run by the Hazaribag Jesuits. In 1969 FCC was invited to collaborate with the Jesuits in their school (St Xavier’s Bokaro). Other activities are primary medical help to the students, house visiting, catechetical work for the catholic children etc. At present 4 sisters are rendering their services in this mission.
